General Topics / 318is and 318ti parts interchangable?

i have a 93 318is project car and i have found a 1995 318ti hatchback and i was wondering if parts were interchangable between the 2? mainly wondering about doors? if anybody knows i would really appreciate an answer!!

hey ok so i just baught a black 1993 318is from my girlfreinds parents and it has been sitting for 2 years and on top of that it was her brothers car before and he trashed it!!!! I put a new battery in it and fired up on the 2nd crank (good ol bmw's!!) but as to be expected it doesn't want to idle very well at first..usually if i start it and keep it around 2k on the tach it will hold up and run pretty well after that. my biggest problem is i dont no anything about bmw's except that they are beautiful cars that can be really cool with a little time and effort, so if theres anybody out there that can give me some advice on things i need to look out for or just some general tips i would really appreciate it!!
