Swaps, Turbos, Buildups / m42 to m50, then m20 to m42. good times and tons of work...

Hey whats up, names Will and new to this board, wish i would have found this site bout 4 years ago when i first started working on m42's. Welp heres my problem, had my fateful e36 m42 since i was 17, now 4 years and 100k later my m42 is getting tired (she has 241k on her), and now i just lost 2nd gear and 4th is on its way out. So made some cars located and bought a 92 325i with a m50 non vanos engine and 5speed for 400 bucks (hell of a deal) and also a t3/t4 turbo setup for a grand. The question i have is how big of a can of worms am i opening doing this and does anyone have any info on how hard this is? i have plenty experience on vehicles but never done a bimmer engine swap. Any help would be great!
