Suspension / sagging rear

Since i bought my 318i E30 i've always notice that the rear suspension sags or sits to where the rear tires tuck right into place where as in the front theres alot of space between the tire and the fornt fender. just wanted to know what anyone else thinks and what product anybody has used...

Engine + Driveline / M42 or SR20?

Wow your guys info has been more then helpful but as far as mods i've looked for the M42, i've looked at web sites like SCO (sportcompact only) and other web sites like that...... but if i were to do the M42 i was going to start internal and then do power adders any suggestions on what types of pistons, rods, crank, ect.... or maybe over bore?? i dont know this my first BMW.... i love this car i drive it everywhere and hope to drift in the near future.

I was thinking of swaping the M42 for the SR20DET, but before i do so i want to know the benifits of one or the other. All i have is a 91 318i sadan and its proven to be more then difficult to find performance parts for the M42. So if anyone has any suggustions please reply.......
