Anyone know of a good site to get a remanufactured or good used Z3 steering rack or even a whole kit?

Suspension / VAC E30 complete chassis reinforcement kit

 This seems like it'd be a good idea to improve my '91 318is's handling. Anybody done this upgrade and have any experience you can share? I was also curious how hard it is to install. Like whether or not it requires drilling or anything major like that. Help would be appreciated!
