Engine management / Very low idle when cold

I checked temperature sensors. It seems to be okay, when it's cold there is a 2500 ohms, when warm the ohms fall down.

Engine management / Very low idle when cold

Hello!
Sorry for my english but i'm Polish and i have a little problem with my '93 BMW E36 1.8is M42.

So, when i try to start my engine after night, the car won't start unless I press the throttle. When im stop pressing it, the car engine is stopping or have 500rpm. When i ride 5-6km and the car temperature get higher, the idle are around 650rpm. The car engine stopping when i give him a 4000rpm and leave to fall dawn.

The fuel consumption is high, the car is very poor (it accelerate like vw golf mk2 1.6).

I check car on the computer, there is no any error. MAF is OK, spark plugs and ignition cable changed to new one.

I have a question, in the IAC valve there is a small plunger, how it should look?
Look at my video:

Is it work proper? It's move only a little bit, 1millimeter. When i try to get it fully opened, the plunger dont move. Is it normal?
And when I pull up the 2-pin connector from IAC nothing happen.

Thank you in advance for your attention, and any help.
