Checked the plugs for the icv and tps... pulled back the rubber and all that good stuff.  All were good.  Going to replace the complete exhaust system next and see if that has any effect...

you can swap cams with me if you want to try that...also if you want to swap out parts to help locate the problem i dont mind. ur the tall guy in SA right? your car is sick. im the guy with the white 318 we met on that dyno day...

Just fold them over themselves under the plastic cover on the firewall. I did that for about a month until I shortened mine. I never had any luck with the clips so I just cut a piece out of the wires and rejoined them
at the right length. It actually isn't necessary to shorten them at all.

sweet thanks man i want to have this on for the weekend.. i want to see a base dyno.. the losal club is having a dyno day

How-To's / DIY M20 flywheel conversion

well if i was to reuse my old tranny which was busted it had the smaller shaft and would have needed the m42 clutch tool. but for some reason the newer trans i got had the larger m20 shaft so i had to replace a couple things. we shaved the flywheel down and bolted the m20 starter right up. everything went together much easier then it came apart and the results were great.

sorry for the old bump but up top i read the m20 starter will work fine if i dont use the spacer..  is this true? or do i swap everything out.. if i dont have to swap i wont.. my fly is getting cut down tomorrow so it should be on tomorrow night.
also the m20 TOB wont work or will it be fine.. i have both but if i can use the m20 TOB ill just return or sell the other
