Title: Part number for radiator temp switch plug
Post by: monty23psk on October 20, 2009, 05:38:19 PM
One of the clips on my plug that connects to the dual temp switch on the radiator broke off sometime ago and now just want to fix it. I couldnt find it in the ETK and thought I did find it but it is the wrong one. Other option is to find a used one.

thanks

Or do nothing, as the plug has a good friction fit and the headlight cover would likely prevent the plug from backing out.

Yeah, but also the water tight plug plastic is cracked an it pieces, so the contacts dont make the best connection in my opinion. I got the part number of the piece itself, but not available. Also I got a good one from the junkyard and ordered a new electrical connector which I hope it is the right one. If it is, will need to get 2 more. Will post pictures if I get it working correctly.
