Title: Rear Spoiler
Post by: hellig on September 02, 2009, 04:37:54 PM
I'm looking for a rear spoiler for a 1993 318i. The previous owner had one of those ugly (IMHO) 'park bench' wings on the vehicle, which are now gone but the holes on the hood remain.

Being new to the E36 world, I have a question: will rear spoilers from other 3-series work on the 318i? If so, where is the best place to get them?

Thanks!

they will most likely fit your car, as long as they come from other E36 or E46. Thereīs tons of rear spoilers for e36, from literally dozens of online retailers. The best one to buy from....thatīs your choice based on your taste, budget and possibly location. Shipping charges can be high, since a spoiler wonīt fit in one of those flat-rate boxes :(. Though one question remains: do you want a different spoiler to be installed using the already existing holes in your trunk lid? I hope you succeed, but Iīm under the impression different models, even from the same company, will probably use different mounting points. You can try dtmfiberwerkz or any other ebay store to get an idea.Good luck
