What other mods are you planning to go with the throttle body bore out? (FWIW Metric Mechanic (http://www.metricmechanic.com/pdfs/metric-mechanic-m42-and-m44-engine-booklet.pdf) doesn't bother with a bigger bore TB.)

Unless you're a girlyman you can ditch the PS and find a cheap fleabay chip. Enjoy your 130+ HP at the wheels. I assume you don't have a lot of freeways in Iceland so taller gearing isn't really an issue for long distance driving, but a 3.73 diff will get you to 100kph in second gear and its also very nice for autoX
