Can anyone tell me when the power windows should work? Acessory? Run? Engine running? My windows don't work. Fuse is good, relay appears ok. I keep forgeting to take my multi meter with me so I have not actually checked anything.
Anyone have wiring diagrams? for the e30?

Ok, stupid question. Is the unmarked switch above the right window switch a ciruit breaker for the windows? I was just looking for parts and came across a switch that looks like it has a window with a lightning bolt on it. Sorry guys, I have no owners manual.

Rest easy, your questions aren't stupid. I think I will be able to answer all of them from your two posts.
Yes it is a circuit breaker, and it must be pushed in for your window switches to operate.

With my 91 318i (US spec), I can't work my windows until the ignition is the RUN position.
Adios for now,
