This morning i noticed my tach was sticking at about 2000 rpms. When i accelerated hard it would move but it seemed to be jumpy. I was wondering if this can be fixed or if its time to start looking for new gauges?

got the same problem mate.
my problem though, is because i've put plasma gauges over the top oof my current ones, and had to take the needle off. in doing so, i think i have damaged the motor that drives the needle.
can't think of any other reason than that. i'm trying to get a new motor...difficult to come by though...
that's all i can think of to fix the problem

Has anyone had this problem before? Is there and easy fix? I know some of the gauges have a nut that can be tightened. Would the SI circuit board be the problem or can the tach be replaced?

Mine sometimes sticks at 0 just give the clocks a tap and it frees it back again never found what the problem is
