so i just purchased my first e30 a 1991 318is and im looking forward to buying ground control coils and dont kno what spring rate to go with? i want it to be dropped where gaps are about even whats the most stifnees i can get but good enough for everyday driving? pics of your ground control and springrate setup would be appreciated
and i will be running bilistien sport shocks,

I'm pretty sure you can just call them and talk to them about what spring rates to use. I'll be purchasing some GC coilovers when I save up some funds and I had planned on just asking them based on what I was looking for. Let us know what you end up getting.

i bought them with 375 and 450 in the rear.and they emailed me before they shipped saying that it be better off with a spring rate 475 in the rear so i went withwhat they sai they should be here wensday and ill let you kno how it rides:)

hey e30choa. .. ive been looking for some coilovers but never really found some that i heard good things about.. . i heard good stuff about ground control but couldnt find it for my car(i have a 1991 bmw 318is like you:)).. if you can send a link so i can see them that would be great thanks!!

well they arent coilovers but there a coilover conversion kit. you get to compress the spring to lower your car from 0-2.2 inches well ill be putting them on tomorrow ill let you kno how it goes. and heres the link http://www.ground-control-store.com/products/description.php/II=121/CA=98

yeah for sure, and im going with the bilstein sport shocks well ima get started :)
