Any one have any links to maybe a D.I.Y. with pictures for removing my intake manifold.

You shouldn't need any photos or a D.I.Y. Start at the air filter and work your way back to the intake. It's just nuts and bolts.

Take some pics as you pull it apart, it can be a mess once you get far enough into it and the part diagrams leave things to be desired.

You need a really big hammer.

The biggest PITA is the crazy mess of hoses. Someone (the hammer man himself ^^) already wrote up how to reduce that mess and it helps a LOT. I just finished this job. Though I'm chasing down new leaks (not directly related to hose reduction), I'm glad I got rid of them hoses. Unfortunately, I now have a box of brand new OEM coolant hoses...
Also, be sure to get replacement gaskets.
