Well, apperantly, MarkD don't have the chip for my euro dme, according to this link http://www.m42club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8430

but still wondering his chip will be as good as reliable as MarkD's though. :confused:

I can't seem to find it but I think it was "dinan" chip. I don't know, I figured if I went a little higher priced it would be better. Seems though that they stopped making them on flebay.

I would rather support a company to inspire them to continue to offer products for bimmers so I can keep putting go-fast parts on my cars.

Watch that your high octane fuel does not have ethanol added. Best I can get (non race) by me is 91 no eth. The 93 has 10% ethanol, and the car runs MUCH better on the pure 91. There is a station about 10 miles from my work that has 106 on a regular pump...

The important thing to note is "cheap". I'd love one of yours or a MarkD. But 200 bucks is a lot of money to some people, including myself. Hence the ebay chip consideration... Hard on the heart but not on the wallet :)

You should also see a minor increase in gas mileage.
