I just picked up a '91 318is a couple weeks ago from a friend...

I got it for dirty, dirty cheap so of course it has some problems.  Oh well, maybe you guys can help me get them figured out.  I bought it because I blew the motor in my other car...

You guys may have seen it around the web.

But yeah, i'm looking forward to getting the BMW out of the garage and cleaned up a bit :D

first off, get the correct front valance, that ones off of a 325eS

Welcome. Looks like a great starting point. The mix and match never was my thing, but sure looks different than everyone else's late model. Good luck!
