Title: Antenna help please?

I don't really want a power antenna, because I don't see the point of replacing a broken thing on my car with something else that could break when I could replace it with something that wont.  Are there any non-power antennas for the e30?  I know there is the e30 m3 antenna, but I bet it isn't very simple of an installation, plus I am not so sure it would fit the car's stock look well.

Do you have any suggestions/insight please?  Thank you.
