Title: please help
Post by: Matt-B on April 24, 2009, 02:45:54 PM
I was out and about the other day on a date and the car took a poo like 6 times. Its just randomly died. No noises. Just quit. Id let it sit fr like 2-3 minutes and it started back up. Or I can crank and crank and crank and CRANK and it starts.

Ill also come back from driving it around the blok or whatever and it wont restart????

New Fuel Pump/o2

new FPR

Alternator rebuilt/new regulator

what the hell is wrong with my car. I got a month to the XXX picnic and i cant have it die again. Its my go to work car. Anyone local that helps me fix it or discovers the problem will be reimbursed with $$$.

please help.

Is there any chance your accelerator cable is messed up? Because I know my car did this and I notice my cable was actually broken, so it wasn't getting the right fuel at all.
Also the problem with cranking is present when the cable is broken. =P

Too bad I don't live in Washington anymore. haha.

Good luck.
