I need to find the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor on my M42B18 engine.
So far all i've found are a few threads with people saying that it is under the intake manifold, or that it doesn't exist on the 318iS.
this is where i think it is:

but i'm not sure, and i don't want to play around with it just in case it's not the right thing.
Can anyone help?
Cheers,
Jester

Hi,
I'm having the same problem. Did you happen to locate it? I think my IAT might be going bad. I'd like to check it. thanks!
