Well, I'd been looking around for an exhaust for forever. I wanted one that would not be raspy, would sound smooth, and not sound ricey. I ended up with this:
YouTube Exhaust Vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9OdDq4bsgsI&eurl=http://64.39.13.34/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5484&sid=98c482bef95df8c144400168bc375046)
I still want to put in a high flow cat and replace the header with either another oem one without leaks or one of those ebay shorty replacement headers. Mine leaks something fierce. You can hear it at the end of the rev's... sounds like a blow off valve or something.

Thanks guys... magnaflow is definitely the cheapest exhaust you can get that will still sound good. I had the tips lying around (universal bolt on tip) so the whole thing installed was only $100 at my local southside muffler shop.

nice sound. i wanna magnaflow on my e30 too... i have one on my 280TE and it sounds hot.

thanks

Sounds gooood. How's the power/torque delivery different with the Delta cams?

The part number is listed on the video description... don't know it offhand. For $150 they were probably talking about adding the tip, or a muffler that has tips built on. Remember I brought my own tip so I wasn't charged for it.

I gained a little low end torque when I switched the muffler... not sure how much. As for the Delta Cams, I love them. Lose a little low end torque, but past 3000 she pulls like a train. Keep in mind I'm on a fresh motor too ~20,000 miles on install. Now it's got ~40,000 on the clock. Before the muffler I dyno'd 135.5 to the rear wheels. I'm sure that number has improved by a couple of hp with the muffler.
LOL I raced a fox body 5.0 mustang on the highway (probably 86 or 87) and the mustang just barely walked me. The 2 guys in it were really surprised, and to be honest, so was I. Didn't race them long, as I don't really like street racing... it was like a pull from 60-85mph.
