Post by: walts03 on March 05, 2009, 04:06:32 PM
Hi i am looking at putting a turbo on my E30 1989 318is. I have read some of the other threads about where to get the oil feed from. but i managed to get  the bolt out that is just bellow the oil filter housing could i use this hole for the oil feed for my turbo?

I'm sure it will work for that.  Make sure you put a pressure reducer on the oil supply as that is a high pressure fitting.  In fact, we have a part that allows you to use that fitting.  It screws in there and is tapped with a 3/8" NPT female thread.  I'll try and post a pic in or you can PM me your address and I'll send one over.
