Title: windshield replacement

91 318ic

need windshield, went to two different local glass shops, both reluctant to do it because of the age of the trim in the windsheild gasket. one shop said they might need the car for 1 week cause if the trim is bad, they can not send the car back out as the trim holds the glass in shape

the other shop said kind of the same thing, said they will do it if I get new trim aheahd of time

Wait for a nice warm day (so the rubber is soft) and you can do it your self it will take you about 20 mins but you do need 2 people 1 on the in side and one on the out that's if you haven't got the screen grabber
