Anybody know what the Anybody know what the Torque spec is for the valve cover?

minimal, like 7-8 Ft Lb Just snug them up, you don't want to strip the threads.

Be very careful torquing those bolts, they strip very easily. With so many bolts holding such a small surface to the head, very little force is required to keep everything tight.
