I have replaced my starter and have everything back together after removing the intake manifold, except part #11 on this real oem diagram:

Does it plug into the bottom of the throttle body?
Thanks

yes. there's a nipple facing down on the bottom of the throttle body under the TPS

Thanks I took it apart again and found it. For future reference disconnect the hose from the fuel injection pressure regulator and reinstall the throttle body with the hose attached. It is much easier to connect to the pressure regulator than the downward facing throttle body nipple
