Title: Obscure M42 dimensions/specs

Advanced questions for my second post. I'm an ass... er... advanced ass.:)

Anyone have any idea on these?

Compression height?
Deck height?
Cylinder head combustion chamber volume?
Max safe overbore?
Stock cam specs?
And anyone have a pic of a stock connecting rod?

I'll be measuring all these and more when I get my hands on a core motor.  Check my "high compression 1.9L" thread for updates.
