I was checking out the GT Technic site:

Any thoughts on the individual throttle bodies, or the dry sump conversion.

Two year bump!

But seriously, I've spoken with them and I am going to be a customer soon since they do make adapter plates to mount the S54 throttle bodies to the M42 head. :)

what would be the difference between the s54 and the m42 throttle bodies..? :confused:

S54 are individual a.k.a. ITB, m42 are not.
