Title: Missing Convertible Piece

When i bought my convertible it was missing this piece on the driver side:

i need to someone to confirm this is the piece i should get:

and if i get it is does anyone know how to install it?

i actually need the metal piece that goes between the gasket and the rear drivers side windshield.
