Title: How to change gearbox output seal?

Does anyone has instructions for changing the seals of gearbox, I presume that name for that is output flange seal?

There is a good write up in the E30 Bentley, that's what I followed when I did mine.  While you are in there, you should also take care of any issues your driveshaft may need and look into refreshing your shifter bushings/install a short shifter.
