Title: Electrical Problem

I was replacing my heater panel and everything was working properly yesterday however today was a different story.  The heater controls work but the window's, instrument panel lights (the check lights work), cigarette ligther, and the heater panel lights  no longer work.

Is there a fuse that goes with all these controls?  Thanks.

Power windows -- #17 (30A)
Interior lights -- #19 and #21 (both 7.5A), #27 (30A)
Dash lights -- #22 (7.5A)
Cig. lighter -- #28 (30A)
