I am trying to install the securing plate for the rear axle that goes around the axle nut. I can't seem to find anyway to install this part without the proper tool.

I am talking about #3 in this diagram.
If anyone has the tool that should be used for this is there anyway that I could possibly borrow the tool? I could pay for shipping both ways.
Or if that isn't a possibility does anyone know where I could find this tool?
Thanks in advance for all the help in advance.

what? there you need a hammer and sth like a screwdriver... no special-super-expensive-tool needed.. trust me

So just line up the screw driver the right way and bang at it??? I will give it a try

but with love... its an old bmw!:D

LOL, I just use the socket and hammer the plate on. Takes 2 seconds.
