It is the Top Gear on BBCA, I would presume it's the normal show, however on a different schedule. Too bad they don't run Fifth Gear with it as well, I can picture Jeremy and Tiff now arguing over what is better :)

back in the day tiff was on top gear and so was plato!

The season 18 was much awaited. :D
I just seen the trailer (http://www.bbcamerica.com/top-gear/videos/season-18-launch-trailer/) of episode 18 it started last April 16.
