Hey, just wanted to know if the passengers seat could bolt onto the driver's side and vice versa. The seatbalts can be bolted on the other side, but would the adjustment system, forwards and backwards, be a problem? Just wanted to know because my driver's seat is a little big for me, and the passenger's side seat is nice and tight. I'm 17, 5'7'' and weigh 120 so I just slide around in the seat...
Thanks

Nope. The adjusters will get in the way

Do you have 2 diff seats? Or is one worn?
Are they normal seats?
It it my understanding non-sport seats can have their adjustments swapped (BIGTIME dissasemble job, down to the rails) so you could move them around to the other side. I am not 100% on this, I do have 2 non sport seats (black) out of my car at the moment, perhaps I should look.
The sport seats on the other hand cannot as the front theigh bolster hardware is not swappable.

Yeah, they have the sport seats that came on the car. I didn't even think of the adjusters. I'll just have to get a three-point harness, or mabye five... (Wishful thinking).
Thanks guys.

Eat something, that will help.

Just swap the foam around / trim parts around.
All new foam from BMW isn't that expensive.
