To be fair, there's a long history of car makers having a little fun with their PCBs. For example the back of my Volvo's instrument cluster looks like this.

This cross was used long time before Hitler. So nothing wrong here.

My guess would be that the cross was used as a positioning mark for whatever machine was placing the components on the board...but maybe not. The moose one though, that is just too funny!
