Title: Break-in

I put in forged pistons and now am wondering what a good break in period would be. should i drive it hard from the get go or slowely break them in. any suggestions appreciated

I hear some go on about breaking in hot if you always run hot, but.....
It would make more sense to be gentle for a bit?
