Title: Did the early M10 318's have LSD's?

Someone offered me a 4.10 LSD from an M10 318.  I didn't know that they even had them... ?

BMW Electronic Part Catalogue says that they had them (as optional) ;) 25% lock and ratios: 3,64 , 3,91 or 4,10.
4,10 is from cars with automatic gearbox.
 
People on that side of the world will tell you more...

it was an option....just like it was an option for the late model e30 318's.
