Title: mounting factory skidplate

hey guys i purchased the bmw factory skid plate for our cars.  im trying to mount it.  i was wondering if you guys had directions on how to go about doing that.  i also purchased the bolts and screws for them and im wondering how in the hell do you get the plate on.  i know you mount the two front holes in the aluminum plate right after the radiator but how the hell do you mount the rear ones?  any help would be appreciated.
