Title: Delay interior light relay, help

Hi
I've just got hold of the interior light delay relay that fits in the foot-well next to the central locking relay, thought it was just plug in and it works but it doesnt:confused: anybody know what i need to do or have a wiring diagram for it????:rolleyes:

Oh, its a 1990 e30 318is in Brilliant red:cool:

Is it a georgegraves unit, or OE e36 piece?

When fitting the delay module, you need to disconnect the brown/purple wire from the driver's door switch, and replace it with a brown/yellow wire taped up nearby. Also nearby, should be another brown/purple wire which plugs together with the one you took off the door switch.

Has anyone got a pic of the relay as I have a few and can't remember which one it is LOL
