who's down to watch the movie tomorrow night?

I saw it two days ago. Was pretty good but can list many negatives.
Did you guys watch it?
How did you like it?

In some ways better than the first two.
In many ways, no better. Still just as corny in many places.
If you are all into drifting and you like F&F movies you will like it.
Not worth the ticket price.

Saw it already and was surprisingly shocked that I enjoyed it as a whole. I watched it just to look at some nice cars and see some cool driving, and ended up, actually liking the movie.

I liked part 1, HATED part 2....raved and loved part 3 - i too watch these movies for what they are...action car movies and thats what it is....if they had to be very technical, many of us would just be bored to death...
but this movie was def. over the top in terms of fnf...i liked it soo much, i saw it twice...with 2 different people lol

I will see it at some point or another. I can enjoy it for its entertainemnt value. I am sure it has some good action scenes and silly lines to chuckle at. Funnier is watching all the teenagers destroy their cars' suspensions in the parkinglots after the show. If only they knew how much structural/suspension work goes into a real drift car...
Drifting IS a showing of masterfull skill, just ask my friend's 16yr old brother, who is real into drifting. He was kind enough to inform me that drifters can outdrive F1 drivers. Wow! /sarcasm
No I do know it takes a lot of skill. I sure as hell could not drift competitively even if I wanted to.

I really like the Import scene (clean JDM)and try to follow up on it. thats why I own a second Integra. I was planning to get an old school corrola to drift but that would be too much money(the part where you have to set the suspension up just right and add some more power).
Now about japanese drifters. They are VERY skilled drivers. Many of them drive in the GT300 and GT500 in Japan which is "Grand Tourismo" just like the PlayStation game. And Grand tourismo racing is pure skill. They have very strict rules and are matched evenly.
Not only that, many of them like Eiji "Tarzan" Yamada have set records at many tracks in the US and Japan. Tarzan in particular usually drives other peoples (professional drivers or builders) rides and beats their times with the first couple of tries.
Well there is too much to tell about them. i just wanted to make bmwman91's point stronger. Many dont know that much skill is involved. And for the movie Rhys Millen (best US driver in D1 drift who drives a GTO)was the stunt.
wow I really tried to make it short:D , but ended up writting too much with not enough general+specific info. I just have so much in my head about this stuff that I cant even write straight.:o
