I recently bought the Bavarian Autosport ignition coils for the M42 motor in my 318is. Upon receiving them I installed them and the tops of the coils seem to be sitting too high and it looks like the hood will hit them. I am thinking that these must be for the M44 motor.
They are part number 5003 4 from their website.
Has anyone else had this problem? Do I just have the wrong coils?
