repeat after me... bumper. bumper. bumper.
I like the 2-tone, but I think it stops there.

what do you mean with bumper bumper bumper ? the next step is normal exhaust on the left , and rear bumper and sideskirts...

if you are talking about the front bumper , it was nessesary for the intercooller , to have this kind of bumper...

Even some serious E30 turbo build ups can still have original classic lines....

with your own pics , you can see that these turbo setups are made by professionals engineers and shops , and not my the owner ( as i did by my self ) so i guess it is a litle more compicated than that...as i saw in the pics , these cars have complete transformation in front of the car , they have even changed the base of the bumper...

my bumper is bolted , to the original base , with the original screws and can be changed in the original one , anytime , without having to change anything else....

Those cars are built by the Swedish E30 enthuastics, not any shops or engineers. They might be that good builders, so the have establish their own shops. I suppose original frame is still there. E30 body offers a lot of room even for big IC's, so no need to use custome bumbers.

I'll admit, the style is not really my own but it looks like the quality of the work is great! This car has got to haul some serious a$$! What turbo, psi are you running?

I don't think the bumper flows 100%, but some side skirts would help A LOT! Keep us posted, and if this is what you love then go for it!

currently i am running 7 psi , but on the way is custom intake manifol and JE pistons with lower compression , so the boost will get to more or less 20 psi
