1991 318iS w/189000 miles, Limited Slip, no sunroof. Oh yea, and full maintenance records back to day one. PO put over $24,000 into this car, which is nuts. It's not without it's problems, but it's a great, clean car overall. I'm getting lots of vibration/noise in the car which I think is a combination of motor mounts and a hole in the exhaust. This is my 4th BMW, so I'm no stranger to the marque and it's "quirks".  This will be my 1st 4-cyl BMW and so far, I'm loving it.

Not at all.  I paid $3900, which I think is fair considering the condition and the complete, by the book, fully documented maintenance history.  Lots of spendy parts like the catalytic converter, profile gasket, steering rack, and fuel pumps were replaced.
