Title: Orange Connecter??
Post by: Siksnot on August 29, 2008, 03:27:20 PM
Today I was fiddling with my hood release lever and I had to pull down the cover over the pedals. I noticed a flat Orange connector that was not plugged into anything??  It is a Five pin connector with wires as follows, BRN/RED, RED, VIO, BLK/GRN, WHT/BLK........ Does anybody know where it goes??
Oh It is a '91 318IS E30.
Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks....

Picture would help quite a bit... but if it's orange it might have something to do with the crash sensor's or airbag system.

The car is prewired for the airbag steering wheel.
