So I go out to my car and it starts, except it takes a little turning to start. I just figured it was because it was wet out and ignored it. So I get home and relax for an hour and then goto leave again. But the car will not start. There is no cranking or anything just sits with the radio on. So i am not sure where to look now. If you guys can help that would be great. Thanks.

Ignition switch or starter would be my guess.

How would I test either of the two?
