i am currently searching for a hydraulic handbrake to install to my E30 , but i have some questions for anyone who might know...
1. ok you install the unit into the car , but where does the lines go ?
a. directly to the rear wheels ?
b. in front to the abs box ?
c. in front to the brake cylinder ?
do i need a special valve that will not let the oil from the handbrake go to the front brake when you pull it ?
do i need to disconect the rear wheels from the brakes ?
please if anyone knows tell me !!!
thank you...

From pressure reducer to E-brake and from E-brake to the rear wheels.

just hook the handle up to a valve, but then you have to hit the brakes, pull the handle, then release the brakes and prestor! your rear wheel are locked. May i ask why you want to go hydralic? do you live in a cold climate? ive had my cables freeze in tahoe here in california before, but i didnt know it got that cold in greece.

We have connected the hydraulic handbrake to original rear brakeline.
