Well as atlanta no longer make supercharger kits my car is now booked in the garage for a turbo, the turbo shall be running at 7psi and will have a uprated ecu and will be fully maped, what sort of power gains shall i expect?

I read in another thread it was something like 14 psi with a good tune

i think 7 psi with all internals stock and no compression drop is the limit , with very very very good tune you can go to 10 - 11 psi , but thats it...

with compression drop and new forged pistons ( with compression lower ) you can go as much as you can... ( stil stock con rods and crank )

What kind of ECU upgrade are you planning?  Something with integrated knock control is key.  I'm not sure I'd push 14psi with the stock CR.  I would keep it at 10 or below, but it won't really matter if you don't have the proper ECU and tune.
