Title: Design your own parts online

http://www.emachineshop.com/

I think this is pretty damn neat! You create your own piece, have it made and shipped to you. Also get feedback on whether your design is possible. This would be awesome for hard to find parts.

That is VERY cool.  I am already thinking of things to do through that site.

wow! I wonder how good their quality is and if there is an option for different materials... I gould have them make a cupholder for my Tractop that is actually big enough to hold a drink and not get in the way!! ;)

I saw this site when they first came out a few years ago - it is a pretty cool site that allows individuals to create their own design & parts on a needed basis.

I'm just wondering what their pricing structure is like...

I saw this site on "beyond tomorrow"  they made a skateboard, shiftknob, nuts, bolts.  I would think the quality would be pretty good.  I'm on a mac running leopard so I cant use the software they provide.:(

Someone design a five lugged hub for the front of our cars!!! The rear is easy, but the front requires too many parts.
