Title: depo black angel eyes

recently purchased these on ebay look nice just one problem, high beams are terrible, almost no light at all , i think it is because of the black housing around the bulbs nothing to reflect off, anybody any ideas on how to sort this
was thinking HID kit but dont want to waste money just for it to not work, please help thx.

Thats the nature of these, the parabol is all blacked out, so it wont reflect the light.

The low beam has a reflective parabol as far as i know.

Theres nothing you can do, the black parabol wont reflect xenon light either.

Not on these. Having them chromed will just be a waste of money. Just save up a bit and do an H1/H4 conversion, or, if you are set on ellipsoids, get euro smileys.

If you try xenon bulbs in the lowbeam i doubt you'll ever care to use the high beams again. They light up a good portion of the road with xenons. I'll post a few pictures of mine when i get my camera back if you want.
