Title: Heat-flange delete

Is that safe to remove the water cycle from that Flange? (Part number 9.)

Is this flange´s job to heat the CRANK CASE VENT VALVE?

I will connect hoses 11. and 10 straight together on coupler.

Car is E36 318is.

Yes, it is probably safe to delete that plate.
