Title: Running High Duration Cams on Supercharged Engines?
Post by: futron.sim on June 19, 2008, 03:01:57 AM
I have seen on CATCAMs website that they offer 290 degress cams with 12mm lift. Does such cams work well with supercharged engines? Cause I have heard that overlapping of cams will cause a drop in the boost pressure, thus resulting in a lost of power.

thanks!

On a DOHC engine with adjustable cam gears the overlap is also adjustable.
