Title: Where Can I find Spark Plug Boots?

I am trying to DIY a set of spar plug cables. However, I am unable to find any spark plug boots and terminals. Any idea where I could order them?

Quick and dirty solution.

Use Volvo wires from circa 1995 850 5-cylinder. They're much shorter and don't look pretty, but it saves a few bucks.
