Hey everyone, Im thinking about buying the kopis this week! I'm really excited. I'm not very good with tire sizes and how they work, can anyone recommend tire size for the kopi that wouldn't rub under the wheel well? They are 17 x 7.5
I'm thinking about lowering the car at some point, so maybe lower profile tires? thanks

actually found out... 215/40/17 are good if there car is stock springs, 205/40/17 lowered. I talked to mel who sells the Kopis' he said that you can roll the inside of the fenders and use the 215's just for future refrence.
Answered my own question wooot woot!! haha

I have seen many people running 215/40/17 with out rolling their fenders and they do have suspension on the car. I would suggest you run that size seems to look and perform the best. I would however go ahead and get the suspension work done before you get wheels, but hey its your car.

I just bought myself a 1991 318is for my first car and loved the look of the Kopi's I got them soon after the car was purchased. I have not lowered the car yet and I got the 17 x 7.5 Alpina Kopi's all the way around. THe complete dimentions are: 45/ 205 /17. I thought I would have to roll the fenders but I could have put eights all the way around and still have enough clearance. I would go with the eights if you can find and afford them.
